Visa Information

An email will be sent to every Organization through their Head of Delegation and their Contact Person. The email will contain :

- A nominative letter of invitation (one letter per participant)

- A letter to be signed by Parents (for participants under 21 years old)

- A visa application form.

Attention: As urged in previous emails, for participants that we don’t have Passport Number, they won’t receive a nominative letter of invitation, then, they won’t be able to apply for the visa.

If a registered participant’ nominative letter of invitation is missing, please provide us with needed information, and we will send the letter.

Now that you have received the email, you have 2 Choices:

First choice (recommended): You decide to apply through ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company).

- Send an email to visa@adnec.ae with the following information:

· Visa application Form (filled and signed)

· Nominative letter of invitation

· Letter signed by parents (If participant is under 21 Year Old)

· Passport size photo (white background)

· Copy of Passport (color).

You can also use their online System If you prefer : http://eservice.adnec.ae/services/visa/

Important information:

· Please make sure that ONE email to ADNEC = ONE application

· You will received an Application Number at the end of the process. Please send this Application Number to Laurent Onguene in order to follow-up your application. (laurent.onguene@emiratesskills.ae)

· Terms of payment will be communicated directly by ADNEC. Price is of 166 USD for an arrival in Abu Dhabi Airport, or 186 USD for an arrival in Dubai Airport.

· If you encounter any issues with ADNEC, please contact Laurent Onguene and join your Application Number.

Second choice: You decide to apply by your own through for example Tour Operators or Airlines. We do not provide support or follow-up for this choice.

- You can provide the following documents:

· Nominative letter of invitation

· Letter signed by Parents (If the Participant is under 21 Year Old).

· Any other document required by your Tour Operator or Airline.

Please note that we will not provide any hotel voucher. The Nominative letter of invitation should contain every information required for the VISA Application.

PLEASE NOTE THAT VISA PROCESS TAKES BETWEEN 10 and 20 days to be processed. Therefore, we urge you to make all your VISA applications before AUGUST 15.

If you Wish to apply for ADNEC service online, you can follow these steps. Please note that you cannot apply online if you are under 21. Nor if your birthday is the 31 of any month. The system is blocked for these two items. Please use the email process instead.

> Please note that the visa cost through this service is 166 USD for AUH airport arrival and 186 USD for DXB airport arrival. <

In order to apply online for a UAE visit Visa, please proceed through the following steps.

1. Prepare your flight details, a high resolution scan of your passport, and a high resolution passport-style photo of yourself.

2. Go to http://eservice.adnec.ae/services/visa/ and accept the conditions.

3. Fill in ALL THE FIELDS in Personal Details, Passport Details and Applicant Contact Details.

a. For the Full Name field, please indicate your full First and Last names as stated on your passport.

b. For the Company Name field, please put the name of the organization you are participating with.

4. In the Kind of Applicant fields, please indicate if you are Exhibitor (supervisor, lecturer, participant and head of delegation) or visitor. Please select “Expo-Science International – ESI” in the Visiting or Exhibiting at? field (between ARABEX 2013 and Eid Al Adha Fair 2013).

5. Please select the type of visa required (normal visa take around 20 days to be processed) and the Airport you will be arriving at. At this point, the total price of your visa should be calculated (do not hesitate to re-select the options for type and delivery in order to update the total fare).

6. Provide your flight details and send the form.

7. Wait for further instructions.

ATTENTION: ADNEC, ACTVET or MILSET cannot be held responsible if your visa application is rejected. Please note that no refunds will be obtained once your visa application has been accepted. If you believe you will have a hard time obtaining the visa (history of personal difficulties obtaining visa, political context, etc.) please visit your nearest UAE embassy as soon as possible for advice.
