Please find hereby an important reminder for visa applications.
1- Participants to the event under the age of 18 at the time of applying the visa will be charged a discounted rate of AED 350/- ($96) instead of the usual charge of AED 500/- ($136).
2- All those who are applying in the category of under 18 years old will need to send their documents:
· Visa application Form (filled)
· Nominative letter of invitation
· Letter signed by parents
· Passport size photo (white background)
· Copy of Passport (color)
along with the credit card authorisation form directly to Fouzia Al Mansouri at - fouzia.almansouri@adnec.ae
Please mention in your email that you are a participants for the ESI.
è Because we are running out of time, from now, all participants that haven’t apply for a visa, must send their application directly to Fouzia Al Mansouri at fouzia.almansouri@adnec.ae
è For those that have already apply for a visa, For all questions regarding visa application and payment to ADNEC, please contact Fouzia Al Mansouri at fouzia.almansouri@adnec.ae along with your Application Number.
Attention:
- The visa application process will be fully completed once you have paid your visa fees.
- All visa application forms are to be received one month in advance of the event start date, Visa application forms received after this deadline will not be guaranteed a visa.

ADNEC, ACTVET or MILSET cannot be held responsible if your visa application is rejected. Please note that no refunds will be obtained once your visa application has been accepted. If you believe you will have a hard time obtaining the visa (history of personal difficulties obtaining visa, political context, etc.) please visit your nearest UAE embassy as soon as possible for advice.
